1. Who we are
Pexil Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") is a product technology company registered in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, building Pexil Studio and Pexil Events. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through pexillabs.com and our products.
2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, work email, company and message details submitted through our contact form — and limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) gathered through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
Contact details are used solely to respond to your inquiry about our products. Technical data is used in aggregate to understand site performance and improve content. We never sell personal data.
4. Legal basis & retention
We process data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to inquiries) and consent. Inquiry data is retained for 24 months after last contact. Data processed inside Pexil Studio or Pexil Events is governed by the applicable product agreement.
5. Sharing & processors
Data is shared only with infrastructure processors required to operate this site (hosting, email delivery), all bound by data processing agreements. We do not transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
Under India's DPDP Act and other applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Write to hello@pexillabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We apply the same standards we build with: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging and regular security review of every system that touches personal data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised effective date. Effective date: 1 July 2026.
